Delivery Times:
We offer 5-7 day shipping within the United States upon completion of order processing. Due to the size of some items we sell, different parts of larger orders may arrive 1-2 days before others. Please note that delivery timelines can be subject to minor variances due to unforeseen delays or peak season circumstances. If such situations were to arise, our personalized customer support team would notify you to make sure you're kept in the loop.

Returns:

At Stroke Savers Golf, we aim to provide a smooth and seamless return process for our customers. Our policy guidelines are outlined below:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the enclosure is damaged or faulty.
2. In most cases, we’ll just send replacement parts free of charge.
3. Customers must pay for return shipping.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns only.
5. All sales placed outside North America are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:
Contact us at support@strokesaversgolf.com with your request for a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label, which we'll create once the eligibility is confirmed.

Once your return/replacement inquiry has been reviewed, you'll be notified via email. After approval, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process via your original payment method (minus restocking fees*). Replacements typically take 1-2 days to process, then 5-7 days to be delivered. 

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team right away to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
